Are my server resources shared?
While it's sometimes nice to share, we guarantee dedicated processor time and server memory, along with our dedicated attention and support on all of our Managed WordPress Plans.
How many WordPress installs can I have on one account?
For performance and security reasons, you can have limited number of WordPress installs on your ETNHost Managed WordPress account. These are not hard limits though. What is more we do provide full support for WordPress Multisite, which means you can host as many sites and domains as you like within a single WordPress network.
How many domains can I host with your WordPress Managed Hosting Plans?
All of our WordPress Managed hosting plans allow you to host multiple websites. For performance and security reasons, you can have limited number of WordPress installs on your ETNHost Managed WordPress account. You can also use these plans to set up various names (aliases) for your site and direct visitors to specific pages. ETNHost’s customers are welcome to order additional domain names for their existing web hosting accounts. ETNHost may handle the registration or transfer of the domain name(s) on your behalf.
Can I use Git, Subversion or Mercurial with ETNHost WordPress Managed Hosting?
Yes. All WordPress Managed Hosting Plans come with Git, Subversion and Mercurial pre-installed, along with WP-CLI and a bunch of other pretty useful software and utilities. We'll also help you configure a push-to-deploy setup with version control.
Can I switch plans later?
Of course! If upgrading from one plan to a higher-level plan, a new billing cycle will go into effect immediately, but you will be credited for the unused portion of your current plan.
What if I reach my "visits per month" limit?
You should not worry about that. We never suspend WordPress sites for reaching limits. But this is propably a serious indication that your website is so successful that you need more resources and a higher plan.
Does your version of WordPress differ from other installations??
It does not! We start you out with the latest stable version of WordPress, the same one you’d download from WordPress.org website. And anytime there’s a stable version update, we install it for you automatically. You never have to hassle with installing another update or worry about running an outdated or compromised version of WordPress.
Do I need to set up my database?
No. With ETNHost WordPress Managed WordPress Hosting, we take care of everything so the process is as easy as possible for you. Once you’ve purchased your plan, you can immediately create your website or start blogging around.s
Do you provide HHVM hosting support?

Hip Hop Virtual Machine (aka HHVM) is Facebook’s PHP replacement, initially designed to be faster than PHP. PHP 7 on the other hand is the PHP community’s response to HHVM. The competition between these two options is heating up. Here at ETNHost we support HHVM hosting for our WordPress Managed Hosting Plans. Since it doesn’t work perfectly with all WordPress themes and plugins, it’s an opt-in feature. All our environments come with PHP 5.6 enabled by default but you can request to switch your site to HHVM or PHP 7 at any time.
