Why can't I log into my cPanel account?

There are several reasons as to why you aren't able to access your cPanel account. You can find some of them in the list below:

  • You wouldn't be able to access your cPanel if your account has been suspended for some reason.
  • You would not be able to access your cPanel account if the password you are typing in is incorrect, so carefully type your password and don't forget about the case sensitivity.
  • There may be a problem regarding the DNS name servers settings of your domain name, so what you should do is check if the name server settings of your domain name are the pointing your domain name to the correct server (the one on which your hosting account is located).

Alternative ways to log into cPanel:

  • yourdomain.com/cpanel
  • ServerName.com/cpanel (here you should switch ServerName.com with the name of the server on which your hosting account is located)
  • yourdomain.com:2082
  • cpanel.yourdomain.com
  • cpanel.ServerName.com (here you should switch ServerName.com with the name of the server on which your hosting account is located)
  • ServerName.com:2082 (here you should switch ServerName.com with the name of the server on which your hosting account is located)

If none of the above seem to be the reason for your problem, please contact our support team.
