5 years of ETNHost
Hello, everybody!
My name is Elena and I am part of the amazing ETNHost team. I've only been with the company for 4 months though I have behind my back more than 8 years of working experience in the web hosting business. I have started off as a level 1 Customer support representative with no idea what were web hosting, domain names, DNS zones, FTP, HTML or all the other terms which comprised the concept of building and hosting websites. My entire online presence until that point, ( actually, my online experience as a whole) consisted of regularly checking my Facebook, Yahoo email and logging into Skype. Period. And now, 8 years later, I am the Head of Marketing and Sales at ETNHost and I have my own teams.
I was lucky enough to meet one of ETNHost's Founding Partners at the University in one of the classes for my Bachelor's degree, and 7 years later we met again in a Messenger chat. As one conversation led to another, we were off to the races, rebuilding the first version of our site for the English speaking audience and as they say, the rest is history!
ETNHost.com was born only 5 years ago and even though it is still relatively new in the hosting industry compared to some of the bigger players on the market, it is in no way inferior to all of the giants in the industry. Maybe time really does fly when you’re having fun with people, that are not just your colleagues, but also true friends! Back in 2011, when the Envision brand was founded, few buddies with a deep passion for table tennis banded together with a business idea and ran it from their own lodgings. They started the hosting side of ETNHost as they set out to prove that a web development company can also be a great domain registrar and an awesome web host. And as we celebrate 5 years of delivering reliable, secure and high-performance hosting, administered by an exceptional customer service, now is a good time to tell you about the exciting future we have in store for the hosting services we deliver.
During this time of the year, many businesses take a few moments to reflect on the past and plan the future. As we are looking back on our experience, we are thankful not only for the business transactions but for the relationships and partnerships that we have forged as well. We are grateful for these relationships and are looking forward to our continued success in the future.
Like any business, the first five years can be a roller coaster of many changes. When looking back on the first business plan, which we used for the launch of the company in 2011, we are amazed by the changes that we have made since then. Our mission still stands strong - to create a professional and high-end service company, embracing the principles of sustainable development and social progress and conducts its business in a way that creates value for our partners, customers, communities and employees. At ETNHost, we come to work each day proud of our progress, but always open to new ideas on how to do things better. We are excited to see what the next five years will bring us.
